This morning I started 30 Days of Yoga.

I've been wanting to try yoga for ages, but I decided to try it on my own first before signing up any classes that are usually pretty expensive.

The first class was fairly simple. It was more about stretching and getting used to a few positions that anything else. We'll see how the rest of it goes, and hopefully I can last the 30 days.
